All prices are U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

All Shipping is done via UPS ground from Olympia, Washington, or Healdsburg, California, unless otherwise requested. Standard shipping and handling charges are included in the product price for shipments within the continental US. A $10.00 fee will be added for shipments into Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Quotations for shipments outside of the continental US will be supplied upon request. California sales tax (.075%) applies to shipments within California. Most orders are shipped same day or within 24 hours.

All merchandise includes manufacturer's warranty.

Prior to returning product, purchaser must request an RMA #.

Standard Product: Product may be returned within 30 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee or the cost of the original shipment which ever is larger will be charged. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping return cost. Product held beyond 30 days of receipt by the purchaser will not be accepted.

Defective Product: E COM must be notified about defective product within 3 days of receiving product. If product is defective, E COM will pay the cost for return shipping.

Custom Products: Products that are custom made to customer specifications/dimensions are not eligible for return.
